Paul A. Ritacco II
Mr. Ritacco has been in the financial services industry for nearly 20 years. In
that time, he has developed a broad range of experiences having launched numerous
companies which serve clients from around the world. His areas of expertise include
Federal Election Commission compliance, campaign financial management, government
accounting for the US House of Representatives, and talent contracts for the US
entertainment industry.
Mr. Ritacco’s newest venture is Campaign Financial Services, which he established
in 2004. He has built this business around his extensive political and financial
experience, and it is now one of the fastest growing financial service companies
for campaigns in the nation. CFS specializes in handling all back office accounting
for campaigns and Political Action Committees. By providing his valued consulting
expertise, Mr. Ritacco enables his clients to more efficiently and professionally
manage their affairs with the FEC.
Mr. Ritacco’s career began in 1991, following his work and political experience
in Europe. In 1991, Mr. Ritacco took over Talent PayMaster, Inc. and began providing
consulting and financial services for the entertainment industry. In his capacity
as Owner and President, he was responsible for developing the rate structure utilized
by AFTRA for cable television programs nationwide. In addition, he has extensive
experience negotiating contracts for talent and producers alike.
Concurrently, he began work in the legislative arena for a leadership office in
the US House of Representatives. Within a couple of years he was a senior legislative
staffer for a California Member. In 1995, he transitioned to US House of Representatives
financial management.
In 1999, building on his entertainment expertise, he developed a casting company,
which he sold three years later. In addition, he also formed a management company
that specializes in running the operations of small businesses in the entertainment
industry.
Mr. Ritacco holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and spent his undergraduate
years majoring in Government at Georgetown University. He attended the Warsaw School
of Economics in 1989 and had the opportunity to study under the architect of the
reforms of the Polish economy, Leszek Balcerowicz.
