FEC Announces New Contribution Limits for 2019-2020
In both the 2016 and 2018 elections, individuals were limited to contributions of $2700 per election to a campaign committee. The FEC has announced that these limits have been adjusted, and increased to $2800 per election.
Individual limits on contributions made to national party committees have also increased to $35,500 per calendar year.
The limit on contributions made by political party committees to Senate candidates has increased to $49,600 per campaign.
